You would be happy to know – Although we (Urban Developers) don’t accommodate major changes in design components like floor plan and in elevation, we do accommodate minor changes to satisfy customers need unless it did not call for structural or MEP Changes.

Placement of additional electrical points (Before Electrical Chasing)
Choice of EWC and IC – (Before Super Structure)
Placement of water taps – (Before Super Structure)
Angle of kitchen Slab – (Before Super Structure)
CHOICE CUSTOMIZATION
Paint – Customer can choose up to three colors for their house (Applicable for houses at all stages)
Kitchen DADU Tiles – Customer can choose their Kitchen DADU Tiles (Applicable for houses at all stages)
Kitchen Granite Design – Customer can choose their kitchen granite slab (Applicable for houses at all stages)
Floor Tiles Can not choose after the completion of wall putty
Certain choice customization is not applicable for ready to occupy houses.
