Floor Space Index(FSI)

FSI stands for Floor Space Index, also known as Floor Area Ratio (FAR). It is the ratio between the built-up area of a floor and the area of the plot on which a building stands. This number tells you the total floor area you are allowed to build across all floors on a given plot.
