Warranty

Every Urban home is delivered with a written warranty — not a verbal assurance. The scope, duration and process are documented in the handover packet and reproduced below.

Structural warranty — 10 years

We warrant the load-bearing structure of every project against defects in workmanship or material for ten years from the date of handover. This covers foundations, beams, columns, slabs and load-bearing walls.

MEP & finishes — 2 years

Concealed plumbing, electrical, HVAC and finishes are warranted for two years from handover. This covers leaks, tripping circuits, wall/ceiling paint failures, and finish delamination not caused by user damage.

What's not covered

• Damage caused by unauthorised modifications, third-party contractors, or non-approved fittings.
• Natural wear on movable parts (hinges, seals, filters, cartridges).
• Damage from acts of nature outside the design envelope disclosed in the handover packet.

How to raise a claim

Write to warranty@urbandevelopers.in with your unit ID, a description of the issue, and photos. An Urban engineer will inspect within three working days.
