Urban Developers is registered under the Tamil Nadu Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act. Every residential project we market is registered and disclosed on the TN-RERA portal before any booking is opened.

Registration details

Each project's RERA registration number, approved plans, promised timelines, and quarterly progress reports are published on the TN-RERA portal at rera.tn.gov.in. We provide the specific registration number and plan copy at first enquiry.

Disclosure practice

• Approved plans and specifications are shared before any advance is taken.
• All marketing materials cite the RERA registration number.
• Any deviation from approved plans is escalated to and approved by the authority before it's executed on site.
