Customization

Every Urban home can be customised within a well-defined envelope. This document sets out what you can change, when you can change it, and how it's priced.

What you can change

• Internal layouts within the same load-bearing structure — non-structural walls, doorways, kitchen and utility positions.
• All finishes — flooring, cabinetry, wardrobes, sanitaryware, hardware, paint.
• Electrical and plumbing point positions, subject to load and design review.

What we don't change

• Structural elements or the external building envelope.
• Anything that would breach RERA-approved plans, statutory setbacks, or fire and safety norms.

When and how to request

Customisation is discussed at the design freeze and structural drawing sign-off. Changes after this stage may attract rework charges — we'll always show you the delta in writing before proceeding.
